Dalian Changying Corp. was in November,1998,the subordinate enterprises are:Dalian Changying(Sino-American joint venture) machinery Co,.Ltd. and Dalian Outai(Sino-American joint venture)machinery Co,.Ltd.During nearly the years, we already built up two production bases:Mainland Machinery base and Changying machinery base. The total registed capital is RMB 6,000,000.

The main products are 16 series agriculture gearboxes,more than 300 categores and the housepower is between 17 to 200.We produce post hole digger,tractor ditcher,mower,sower,manure spreader,high pressure spray pump and so on.We are also the sales agent for Japanese pneumatic shear,American telescoping pruner machine and paving equipment,Additionally,we produce mainframe matching products of OEM product such as kinds of bevel gearboxes and spling bushing.Most of our products are exported to North America,South America,France,New Zealand and South-Afirca.And our annual export revenue is over USD50,000,000.We already become one of the biggest farm machinary production bases and export enterprises in the nourtheast.
